This is incredible..every piece of pixel art you created is better than the last one. I think you have a real talent for this. I think with a bit more practice you could create a really accurate Corsair plane. A pixel by itself means nothing but a whole group of pixels create an object! Tapestry is another art form that uses pixels to create pictures. Google it and learn about how pixelated images have been made for many centuries using tapestry.

    Learning is so cool.

    Great work!

  2. Kia ora Charlie, I know that you love the Spitfire but I DO love your Lancaster. The Lancaster was such an important aircraft in the second world war. Great pixellated artwork. I agree with Mattt, you do have a talent in this area.

  3. What cool artwork Charlie! I said that I was looking forward to seeing what you came up with especially after being inspired by your research into pixel art. The theme was "coming home". The cats you have created certainly remind me of the many cats roaming around our neighborhood. I know that you miss your own cat Niko. The two planes that you have created are awesome! Often when we are walking home from a school day, you will be chatting and sharing information about planes and if one happens to fly above us your thoughts wander to particularly WW2 aircraft.
    Ka mau te wehi!
