Charlie, I am so impressed with this piece of descriptive writing. Because I accompanied you on the beach trip I can really relate to what you have conveyed here. Collecting all the rubbish certainly made me think deeper about the effect that certain house hold items can have on our beautiful West Coast environment as well as the sea and bird life.
